Engineering Project Coordinator

This means that will hold an extensive know-how about the current customer and engineering projects and will understand the links between them. Hence, in addition to the CapEx and capacity planning, will also be responsible to ensure a coordinated flow of information between process engineering, product engineering and product management.**How can you become part of our success?**- Responsible for the CapEx coordination within the compressors product segment
- Responsible for the review of investment projects based on internal guidelines, project plans and budget plan
- Responsible for the coordination between R&D (product engineering), customer projects (product management) and engineering projects (process engineering)
- Responsible for the target supervision of engineering projects (invest, documentation & timing)
- Responsible for the communication of the project status with rated reports for the engineering management
- Responsible for the capacity coordination within the compressors segment
- Coordinate the implementation of standard work procedures and document management systems
- Coordinate the flow of information within engineering in regard to customer, engineering and/or R&D projects
- Support the project managers in tracking engineering project milestones
- Support project-related problem-solving activities incl. possible escalation**Which skills do you need?**- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Technical, economic or comparable studies.
- 3 years of experience in automotive or engineering environment.
- Previous experience working in projects.
- Structured way of working, problem-solving skills, strong teamplayer with high social competence.
- Able to communicate in written and verbal form within all levels of the organization.
- High English skills required.
- Knowledge in Spanish and German is a plus.
