Envíe su solicitud haciendo clic en el botón "Solicitar".Main responsibilities of the position:Prepare and maintain documentation for process instructions, packaging instructions, customer plant acceptance instructions, process flow diagrams, process FMEAs, etc.Ensure compliance with the above-mentioned instructions and the integrity of the data reflected in them.Establish machine and process cycles using methods and time‑study techniques, and monitor their compliance by reporting any deviations.Identify potential process improvements and ensure continuous improvement.Manage requests for quotations, purchases, and deadlines for various production auxiliary tools.Validate production auxiliary tools.Detect and control breakdowns in machines, molds, and production auxiliary tools.Actively participate in analysis groups and in resolving the root causes of internal and external non‑conformities.Validate packaging systems for each part, ensuring their optimization throughout the product’s lifecycle.Coordinate with customer plants for the approval of packaging guidelines, as well as their continuous improvement.Maintain the training and qualification control system for operators.Request quotations for packaging components from suppliers.Requirements:~+1 yearsof experience as engineer in the automotive sector.~ Fluent inEnglish is required.~ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.~ Previous knowledge in Automotive and plastic injection parts.Compensation and Benefits:Flexible Compensation Plan.Medical health insurance.Training and professional development opportunities.Flexible working hours and smartworking.Hybrid model.At Itera Mobility Engineering, we cultivate a dynamic and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth.
