Front Office Shift Leader

**Scope**:
- Oversee operations and workers during scheduled shifts of Front Office team.
**Responsabilities and areas of action**:
- Ensure when entering or leaving the shift, that all situations that occurred of relevance in the previous shift are checked and analysed by both shift managers, as well as all matters that remained pending resolution. Contact the Housekeeping after the blocking of the rooms in order to inform about the number of planned entries Analyse and check the entries of the day (customer name and assigned room), the blocking of rooms, special requests from customers and VIP's customers, in order to ensure that no failures do occur; Remove in each shift listings from the Opera system, lists of traces with the information on the blocking of rooms on aspects to be taken into account regarding the customers and lists of shift reports.
