**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**SANTANDER ONE EUROPE **is the regional team in charge of creating growth and value for Santander across Spain, UK, Portugal and Poland. It leverages the countries’ experience and takes them to a European model that maximizes synergies and improves customers’ and employees’ lives.

The One Europe Product Transformation Office (PTO) is charged with working with all four countries to transform the product experience of customers using an agile, collaborative and customer-centred approach to designing and delivering products and services. The PTO leads many of One Europe´s flagship initiatives across retail products such as Cards, Accounts, Home Ecosystem, SME and ESG.

We are seeking x Product Owners to join the Product Transformation Office (with functional reporting line to the OneApp team) to lead the product execution of projects that will drive the transformation of Santander EU products and our relationship with customers. The Product Owners achieve this by leading the OneApp Squads charged with executing on the high priority regional product initiatives.

**What you would be doing**:
As **Product Owner **you will have accountability (in collaboration with the PTO Lead and OneApp team) for executing the product experience in high priority initiatives such as Everyday Banking, Homes, Cards & UPLs and SMEs. The main responsibilities of the position include:

- Creating and managing a roadmap and backlog based on the Regional priorities and customer insights, in collaboration with PTO and country teams
- Giving requirements and working on the proposals of digital products and services with the One App UX teams and PTO Program Lead
- Creating benchmarks and other research of digital products and services in the market
- Staying up to date with digital solutions and trends in the market, both for the banking sector and for other digital sectors
- Preparation of documentation including updates, learnings and results, to enable communication to senior leadership and diverse stakeholders including country teams
- Monitoring the key KPIs (e.g. NPS, digital sales, acquisition, activity, etc.) and championing a methodology of customer listening and empathy to propose ongoing improvements of the digital product

**What we are looking for**:

- Experienced professional (5+ years of experience) with a passion for customers and product design / delivery
- Knowledge and fluency in agile methodology model and collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.) and ability to create user stories and follow up on sprints through their ceremonies
- Creative and data-driven problem solver, proactive in overcoming challenges and engaging diverse stakeholders - excellent communication and relationship skills
- Role model in customer-led product development, curiosity to discover and address customer needs and bring others on the journey
- Results orientation, demonstrates and measures impact
- Self-starter, with strong team collaboration
- Fluent in English and Spanish

**Desired Experience**:
A background in consulting, digital transformation and innovation would be desired (but not mandatory).

Previous experience in delivering digital products and services using agile and customer-centric design methodologies, with expertise particularly in Mobile products

Previous leadership of development squads.
