We’re a diverse team with backgrounds in technology and entrepreneurship and we’re growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We’re actively seeking a HR Coordinator to assist with the HR daily operations and processes in Arabic; administer projects and maintain sensitive records and data.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

- Main point of contact for HR matters for our international employees.
- Make sure new joiners have the best onboarding.
- Update on our HRIS BambooHR.
- Support on visa processes.
- Support on monthly payroll preparation.
- Monthly reports: payroll costs, headcount, turnover.
- Implementation of global HR projects (training, development...) and procedures.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- High fluency in English and Arabic is a MUST
- 1-3 year’s experience in Human Resources
- Proven track record of superior interpersonal skills
- Experience with G-Suite and MS Office
- Extremely high level of attention to detail
- Ability to multitask many projects simultaneously
- Strong internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
