Buscamos un perfil de Service Desk Manager para proyecto en la Administración pública 100% remoto.Los requisitos principales que buscamos son son:
- Experiência en administración del producto CA Service Desk Manager.
- Experiência en implantación, configuración y soporte de soluciones con la plataforma CA Service Desk Manager, incluidos los componentes CA Process Automation Manager y CA CMDB
- Conocimientos avanzados en elaboración de informes Jasper Reports.
Así mismo, se consideran deseables los siguientes conocimientos:
- Conocimientos avanzados en SQL y Oracle.
- Explotación, optimización, monitorización y mantenimiento de la plataforma.
- Experiência en las APIs de Servicio Web SOAP ofrecidas por CA Service Desk Manager y CA Process Automation Manager.
