**¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?**

Reportando al responsable de Sistemas, la persona seleccionada se encargará del soporte al usuario final mediante la administración de sistemas informáticos y de telecomunicaciones realizando las siguientes tareas:

- Instalación y configuración de software y hardware
- Resolución de incidencias
- Soporte de nível 1 y nível 2
- Instalación y soporte Linux, Windows y Mac OS
- Sistemas de monitoreo de Red (Zabbix, Nagios, Operation Manager, etc.)
- Administración de soluciones WSUS, AD, DNS, DHCP
- Administración de plataformas empresariales (Office365, Google WOrkspace, etc.)
- Monitorización y configuración de Redes instaladas en la planta
- Control y gestión de la Red WIFI
- Administración de usuarios, programas y documentación de la red
- Control de direcciones IP, VLAN's, etc.

**Requisitos**:

- Dominio de SOs habituales (Windows, Linux, Mac OS, iOS y Android).
- Conocimientos en sistemas de ticketing y soporte. Deseable ITIL.
- Nível de inglés B2
