**The location of the role is in: Oviedo**

**About the job**

As a professional junior in our Purchase to Pay department, you will be responsible for the purchase order creation and follow-up for all RHI Magnesita plants in Europe.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Responsible for the purchase order and contracts creation and modification in SAP
- Order confirmation follow-up
- Manage discrepancies between purchase order and order confirmation
- Attend related requests and solve any incidents using Service NOW
- Support keeping the vendor and material MD updated

**About You**

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education**
- Degree in the field of Business Administration or similar technical field of studies

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- German is a MUST - Advanced

**Work Experience and Technical Skills**
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP
