Our Graduate Expert program is as a stepping stone to bigger and better career opportunities within Saica as a Sales & Commercial Graduate Expert.
Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are:
The role:
- To drive profitable SF business growth by understanding the customers’ needs, and the behaviour of the participants in the market and its trends so as to propose Unique Selling Proposals for relevant group of customers.
- To promote our USP in a quick and efficient way throughout SF and towards external customers.
Sales:
- To ease our daily sales activity by providing the right promotional tools to support our Unique Selling Proposals.
- Boost our sales team efficiency by helping them to better understand market and customer needs evolution with a regular Market Intelligence update.
Saica Sales System (SSS):
- SSS Manual: be responsible of the definition and update of modules referring to Marketing, Sales, Account Plans and Data Management.
Innovation:
- Provide market surveys within SF to help investigation lines to R+D+i department to achieve differentiated Selling Proposals.
- Coordinate with R+D in the in the information gathering and report preparing for the CEI meetings.
Sales Team Capabilities:
- Participate as a trainer in the different training programs aiming to improve our Sales Team capabilities, for modules referring to Marketing and/or communication.
- To organize and coordinate E2E training program.
Marketing:
- To undertake market research and analysis for understanding our customers’ needs and expectations (and competitors market behavior) in order to help building the best customized Unique Selling Proposal for ensuring the optimization of major business development opportunities (new products, new services, new market segments).
- Coordinate the market research activity across Saica Flex countries for Corporate projects.
- Propose SF Communication Plan (for internal and external customers) to Commercial & Marketing Director SF
- Lead agreed marketing and communication actions that have to be coordinated at central level (trade fairs organization, customer events, presentations, web development, etc).
- To liaise with relevant internal departments and stakeholders to propose the development of new or optimized products and/or services to boost our sales and/or margins.
- Prepare and present to Commercial & Marketing Director SF the annual cost forecast for marketing and communication head-office-led activities.
- To be aware of the technological and industrial market evolution according to the conclusions of the market research in order to build the best customized Unique Selling Proposal
- Develop relevant, exhaustive and easy to understand promotional tools to show the advantages of our new products and services to our customers.
- Participate as an executive member in the Commercial & Marketing meetings at request.
**Requirements**:
Minimum requirements
Academic Qualification:
- Just graduated in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, or similar.
- Experience: have experience in a similiar role, maximum of two years working experience since the graduation.
- International experiences (Erasmus,...) is a plus.
- High written and spoken English (C1)
- Advanced level in MS office and expert in MS Excel.
