As a Talent Sourcing Leader for our Europe Sourcing Hub, you will play a critical role in helping our business hire the best talent at the right time at the right place. You are passionate about leading the sourcing team in curating talent pipelines, shape and evolve diversity sourcing strategies, deliver talent mapping and talent insights and use AI-technology to your advantage. In this role you set the strategic direction for the team, partner with the Talent Acquisition Leads in country about their needs and report on performance.
Next to steering and leading the sourcing team, you will be responsible for leading a cluster of countries in their talent attraction strategies, which consist of France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal & Italy. This role could be located anywhere in Europe, but preferably you will be working in South Europe. In this role you will report to the Director for Talent Acquisition in Europe.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Lead the Europe Sourcing hub, (6 FTE augmented resources), provide strategic direction, ensure that the performance of the sourcing team is optimized and meets the metrics
- Set the TA strategy for your cluster and people management of 4 direct reports in collaboration with the RPO team and deliver on or exceed stated KPI’s
- Partner and consult with the business to understand business needs, gain commitment and execute against talent strategies to deliver value. Educate the business on hiring progress and competitive landscape utilizing internal and external metrics and data
- Monitor and analyzes trends in the business, economy, and employment marketplace to identify issues and opportunities in order to enhance staffing strategies and leverage brand
- Build strong relationships with Business, HR Centers of Excellence, HRBP’s and our RPO. You will be part of the local HR LT and Regional Europe Talent Acquisition LT
- Driving Innovations & Continuous improvement to stay ahead of the game in talent attraction
**Key requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience/qualifications)
- People management experience, having led a team successfully
- Sourcing expertise or a direct search background including an appetite for new tooling and innovative practices
- Several years of experience in Recruitment Marketing strategies, understanding targeted sponsored campaign approaches including analytics and having excellent knowledge of a digital media channel strategies
- Excellent communication skills with strong influencing, negotiation and conflict management skills as well as excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to consult and collaborate at all levels of the organization
- Have an innovative and experimenting mindset to ensure we stay ahead of the competition, offering the best hiring practices and solutions to win the war for talent
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and excellent project management capabilities and a mindset of optimization
- Fluent in English, verbally and in written communication
