We are looking for a **Global** **Sourcing Strategy Lead** to design and execute the sourcing vision for **non-tech talent** across global markets. This role will be instrumental in shaping how we identify, engage, and nurture top talent for key business areas including Marketing, Strategy, Operations, Admin. and Commercial functions

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for non-tech functions across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global hiring priorities.
- Establish scalable processes and tools for sourcing operations, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
- Experiment, measure, and iterate, using data to inform sourcing decisions and continuously improve performance.
- Conduct deep market research and talent mapping, providing insights to influence hiring plans and talent decisions.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- 6+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting strategy, and/or executive search, ideally across multiple regions.
- Proven track record building sourcing strategies or frameworks from scratch.
- Strong understanding of non-tech functions and business profiles (Marketing, Operations, Strategy, Finance, etc.).
- Experience with talent mapping, market research, and proactive pipeline building.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable creating reports and interpreting metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across different levels and regions.
- High adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus..
