**About the client**:
Our client is a multinational company within the automotive sector, with
presence in 20 countries with more than 9,000 employees. They invests in the design and development of high technology components for the automotive sector.
For their HQ based in Barcelona we are looking for a Program Manager.
**Mission**:
Supervise and ensure that targets are reached for profit, costs, investments, quality and timing of projects overseen by Projects Managers team, ensuring they respect and improve internal Development System as well as related tools and procedures.
**Job description**:
- In addition to Project Manager duties.
- Monitor projects KPI’s (for projects overseen directly and by Project Managers team for EBIT, quality and timing and report these results monthly to the Projects Director.
- For those projects, identify risks and prevent their impact on project KPIs, by setting and following action plans when needed.
- Set priorities for critical projects with project teams.
- Support and coach activity of assigned team of Projects Managers, ensuring that they comply with internal development methodology (FDS), use tools laid out (TC/TP, CMS, etc.) and procedures required by customer at all times.
- Ensure ongoing improvement of Development System (FDS), TCTP and CMS.
- Ensure proper communication/benchmarking and knowledge sharing between project teams.
- Support the Sales Area in improving relationship with clients through visits, presentations, etc.
- Delegate issues to Projects Director and other duties when needed regarding any incidents that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
- Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**:Minimum of 3 years as a project manager
- **Education**:Bachelor's Degree
- **Languages**:Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken and written)
- **Competences**:Knowledge of project management, basic finance and FDS knowledge would be of additional value
