**Join Our Team as a German Digital Marketing Specialist in Barcelona**

**About the Role**
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor to German companies, helping them develop and implement effective digital advertising strategies. Your expertise will directly influence business performance, campaign optimization, and overall sales success.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Fluent in German (C1 level or higher) and proficient in English
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 to 12 months of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound B2B sales
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated passion for marketing, technology, and digital advertising
**What We Offer**
- Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
- Permanent employment contract
- Competitive gross annual salary (€24,310 - €30,000)
- Performance bonus (up to €3,000 - €4,290 annually)
- Hybrid work setup based in Barcelona
