Your mission We are looking for a **Design Engineer** to join our team* in Barcelona*.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive the design of differentiating customer experiences and solid business models
- Participation in the management of projects linked to the implementation of strategic models and initiatives, based on analytics, optimising the customer experience
- Prototype and validate concepts in the market: lean startup methodologies, service prototyping, growth hacking etc.
- Design organizational structures and strategic assets to help the company drive its own innovation.
- Improve and develop our innovation and strategic design offering
- Develop innovative business models and rethink traditional ones
- Participate in designing proposals through the appropriate use of innovation methodologies which facilitate their creation and development (Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Open Innovation)
Your profile **Requirements**
- 3-4 years of professional experience in design, innovation and strategy functions.
- A background in graphic design, industrial design engineering or product design is a must.
- Experience with tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign
- Track record of design projects that have progressed from opportunity identification to concept prototyping, testing, iteration and execution
- Able to use market research, business analysis, and pure genius to identify opportunities, ideas, that can be harnessed and turned into innovative new products, brands and services
- Proactive attitude, strong attention to detail
- Lateral, analytical and quick thinking skills
- Advanced level of English is a must
