Goal of the Position
As Compensation & Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible to plan and oversee our company's compensation and benefits programs.
Main Activities
- Develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization’s strategy.
- Alignment of all compensation systems to general conditions on the labor market as well as on legal regulations.
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.
- Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
- Assessment of the employees' needs by means of different elevation methods and techniques
**Perfil**:
Requierements:
- Minimum experience of 5 years as in Compensation & Benefits in an international role
- At least 10 years of experience in different HR positions
- English level C1
- Microsoft Office (Excel y Power Point)
