**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide User Support for Global Employee Data platform
- Oversee & control the process of employee data creation/maintenance
- Extract employee data and run quality checks/reconciliation between different systems
- Maintenance of data in global team hierarchy tool/global accounting system
- Provide standardized & ad-hoc employee analytics reports to key stakeholders
- Monitor the data flow between different IT systems holding employee data

- Capacity to ensure the respect of rules, guidelines, procedures and agreed SLAs.
- Strong Excel skills, and curiosity and interest in IT systems.
- Structured and being able to work in an autonomous way.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
- Language Skills - proficient in English
- Previous work experience in Finance/Employee Data positions will be an asset
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting/IT (or related) will be an asset

In Barcelona, our Shared Services Centre regroups positions to support our operations in Europe and globally.
