_This position is for a tech B2B start-up company (not for a job inside The SaaS Institute organization)._

We are looking for a motivated and intelligent professional for a role as Sales Development Representative (SDR).

You will focus on growing the business. You’ll be in charge of increasing the number of prospects interested in the company, doing market research, developing new strategies and pitches, managing projects and identifying any other opportunities that arise.

**About the company**:
In Bob, we want to help travelers get to their destination more easily by connecting airports to cities.

How do we do this?

We create solutions to digitize baggage handling in the air transport sector.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation.
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients. Utilize research tools.
- Drafting sales pitches, presentations and other materials required
- Book meetings with prospective clients
- Work closely with the Account Executive
- Meeting and/or exceeding goals of booking meetings with prospects

**We are excited to meet you if you**:

- Are proficient in **English AND Spanish**:

- Have 1+ year in Sales position(s)
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have clear and organized communication in technical aspects.
- Are passionate about the tech startup world.

**Nice to have**:

- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company
- Any other European language

Based salary from 25k€ + commissions

Salario: A partir de 25.000,00€ al año
