You will be part of a leading logistics shipping company within a fully international environment

**Your new role**

To pro-actively manage, support and develop existing networks and VOIP infrastructures for all European agencies. To work closely with the business (Local and Head Office) and local IT departments to help maintain a robust and reliable network infrastructure. Work as part of a network team to implement new firewall and telephony solutions to existing and new offices and adhered to security guidelines with regards to firewall policy changes.
- Configuration of Cisco switches to comply with HO standards
- Implement new Cisco networks to company offices in the across Europe
- Pro-actively manage / support and develop all existing networks
- Implement and support new checkpoint firewall hardware across Europe
- Participation to Unified Communications Transformation project:
- Migration from Cisco on-premises solution to Microsoft Teams and eco-system
- Migration from local PSTN access to regional SIP hub
- Devices policy and catalogue definition
- Maintain / modify / and troubleshoot firewalls policies to resolve support tickets
- Assist in the support of Cisco VOIP systems until evolution to Microsoft Teams
- Assist in the implementation and support of Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi networks
- Provide a secure a reliable electronic environment, within HO guidelines and approval
- Produce proper and thorough documentation (Procedures, HLD, LLD etc..)
- Give IT Helpdesk the tools and knowledge to cover 1st line network issues

- Experience on UC (Cisco, Audiocodes SBC, Teams Direct Routing, Attendant and Contact Center solutions)
- LAN/WIFI (Switching/Routing/Segmentation) : Cisco, Cisco ACI, Meraki
- WAN and Optimization : SD-WAN VeloCloud, Riverbed
- Filtering/VPN/IPS : Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet
- User and Server Proxy :Zcaler ZIA, Bluecoat
- Remote Access : Zscaler ZPA, Pulse Secure, Checkpoint,
- Performance and CDN : Netscout, Zscaler ZDX
- Ability to resolve network problems having varying degrees of complexity
- Natural aptitude for troubleshooting & problem solving
- The ability to liaise and communicate confidently and professionally with customer representatives at all levels
- Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours when required
- Driven to learn and improve own skills, knowledge and capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
