Gestionar entrada de incidencias, clasificación y priorización de las mismas.
- Contactar con los clientes para informar sobre la recepción, los avances y la resolución de las incidencias.
- En función de la incidencias, resolverla o derivarla a quien pertoque.
- Colaborar en proyectos que ya están en curso, principalmente proyectos de collaboration cloud.

- Conocimientos de networking en general (CISCO).
- Experiência resolviendo incidencias de IPT (CallManager, Contact Center, Unity, UnityConnection, Sistemas de Tarificación, SIP, herramientas de grabación de llamadas).
- Experiência resolviendo incidencias en las soluciones Cloud de CISCO.
- Experiência resolviendo incidencias de networking en general, wifi e incidencias básicas de seguridad.
- Experiência configurando y haciendo troubleshooting de Meraki.
- Se valorará conocimientos de scripting asociados a los productos de collaboration.
