Global Finance Transformation Stream Solution Architect

Our Client is embarking on a multi-year global finance transformation programme (EOS). The program involves three main pillars - Internal Controls, Management Reporting, and ERP. This includes the global deployment of CCH Tagetik (Corporate Performance Management finance transformation platform), and Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO to approximately 20 different business units.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, development and delivery of D365 FO stream deliverables
- Working with our delivery partner to review technical architecture deliverables throughout development to ensure quality and requirements traceability.
- Reviewing and approving related design and related artefacts from vendors and country teams.
- Identifies and communicates any cross-area or cross-release issues that affect other project areas.
- Validates the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements.
- Ensuring appropriate best practices in enterprise architecture.
- Working as a liaison between the Eos project team, business stakeholders, Group IT, country IT teams, vendors, and systems integrators to ensure Project Eos IT delivery is in line with strategy and objectives.
- Supporting relevant approach and design principles, in line with in the Client
- Adherence to relevant standards, for example security and maintainability, including writing and updating standards where necessary.
- Producing architectural design artefacts including documents and diagrams for Client financial systems. Where relevant this includes as-is, to-be, and interim states, across both Group and country systems.
- Participating in relevant RFP processes, ensuring architectural considerations are suitably prioritised.
- Ensuring delivery is within project constraints, but also challenging and agreeing where these constraints may need to be changed in order to meet project objectives.
- Participation in functional and technical Design Authority meetings, ensuring solutions are matched to business needs.
- Ensuring traceability between business requirements and delivered systems.
- Supporting other roles as required, including project management, analysis, development and testing teams.

**Skills and Experience**

Required
- 5+ years of ERP technical implementation and integration experience working with Enterprise clients.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations with Enterprise clients.
- Minimum of two full lifecycle ERP implementations.
- Good understanding of functional capabilities of D365FO
- Good understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services) and Azure DevOps.
- Experience in other technologies such as SQL and PowerBI
- Knowledge of end to end D365FO implementation.
- Experience with D365FO interfacing and integration including Dual-write.
- Knowledge in gathering technical requirements.
- Have a deep understanding of the D365 F&O technology stack and the peripheral technologies that can be leveraged including, but not limited to, Azure, Azure SQL, Power BI, Common Data Service, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Machine Learning, etc.
- Demonstrated experience Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations in the following technical areas:

- PowerApps, LogicApps, Common Data Service and other Azure Services including Azure Functions, Azure Blob and Table Storage, Azure Event Grid, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management.
- Understanding of Synchronous and Asynchronous integration patterns.
- Extension approach to customization versus overlayering.
- Role-based security design and customization.
- Extensible Data Security.
- Report development and Power BI.
- Code build and deployment via Visual Studio Team Services and LifeCycle Services.

Desirable
- Understanding of Azure Licensing and Costing.
- Business process mapping, modelling and documentation knowledge.
- Experience of CCH Tagetik particularly consolidation and planning modules.
- Experience of Treasury systems such as Kyriba
- Experience of large scale ERP implementations (Multi-country/language).
- Wide knowledge of typical corporate back office systems (messaging, identity, security etc)
- Architectural knowledge of other D365 modules including Sales and Customer Services

Pay: 90,000.96€ - 120,000.00€ per year
