**Organization**:
Our client is a tour operator (online travel agency) with an office in het center of the old Gothic area of Barcelona and in the Netherlands (Poeldijk town and Amsterdam).
They are specialized in tailor-made fly-drives to Morocco, Andalusia and Portugal for couples (50+) and families. We also organize team building trips for companies for the three destinations and the whole of Spain. We are a young and entrepreneurial organization. The atmosphere is informal, and we would strongly on enthusiasm and result-orientation.
**Function**:
For our office in Barcelona, we are looking for a senior reservations manager to take car of our travel services (hotel, car rental, flights and activities). Besides the daily hands-on reservations, it requires also contracting of hotels and new partners for our leisure and business clients and improving the product assortment.
The desired education profile is university level with at least 3 years of working experience at a travel agency, tour operator, DMC or reservations department at a hotel e.g. similar. Ideally you worked in the MICE sector, and you’ve worked with group reservations and have extensive experience with reservation software such AMADEUS or similar.
Essential is native Dutch or Flemish speaking as our company communications is in Dutch. We expect fluent English and preferably Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
**Requirements**:
- You speak a Native Level of English. Any other European language is a plus however not mandatory (Dutch is a big plus).
As a reservations manager you are the connection between the sales department and our providers and financial administration.
