In our inclusive and flexible environment everyone can bring their authentic selves to work. **About the role** Join the team of EMEA Risk Engineers on our journey to become the leading service provider in the commercial insurance world You will closely interact with clients and brokers as the technical owner of all Risk Management property-related matters. With a focus to our Iberia book-of-business, but embedded in the EMEA team, also with the opportunity to service internal and external customers in other regions. You will define a servicing strategy, engineer your own portfolio, achieving smart risk selection and growing a long-term profitable book-of-business. You will review, interpret and build your specialist opinion based on third party risk information, conduct prospect visits and develop a strategic servicing plan for our customers. You will also lead your own field-engineering visits, set priorities and targets for risk improvement and partner with our clients to develop a long-term relationship. You will serve as the account engineer and based on your skills will also conduct loss prevention visits for clients written out of other Swiss Re offices in the EMEA Region. Join a highly innovative, diverse team and become part of our profitable growth success story. **About the team** **About You**- Master’s degree in Engineering- Strong property loss prevention background (> 5 years at a reputable property risk engineering provider)- Strong negotiation and presenting skills- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal- Proficient digital literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office products) and ideally an affinity to digital solutions (technical savviness)- Business sense and flexibility, self-managed, entrepreneurial attitude- Strong teammate- Service mindedness- Language skills: Spanish (mother tongue or business proficient) and English business fluent languages- Willingness to travel - mainly within Europe- Driving license We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
