**Schedule**: Mon-Fri with launch/weekend flexibility; daily overlap with CET

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

You will **own the Spain market launch** and P&L for a new DTC brand. You’ll lead **designer, video editor, creative strategist, and media buyer**, set testing cadences, drive Meta & Google Ads, and translate **direct-response copy/creative** into profitable growth. You must be fluent in **Spanish market nuances** (language, offers, seasonality) and turn data into decisions fast.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **GTM Ownership & Planning**:

- Build the Spain **go-to-market**: positioning, offers, timelines, budgets, KPIs, risk log.
- Run weekly sprints in ClickUp/Asana; keep owners accountable and projects on time.
- **Performance Marketing (Meta & Google)**:

- Architect account structures; launch and scale **Meta** and **Google (Search/PMax/YouTube)**.
- Set rigorous testing loops (hooks, angles, creatives, audiences, bids) and scale winners.
- **Creative & Copy Leadership (DR)**:

- Brief/manage designer & editor; ensure ads and landers follow **DR flow** (Hook→Problem→Solution→Proof→Offer).
- Own **Spanish copy** quality (headlines, CTAs, subtitles), brand voice, and compliance-friendly claims.
- **Site, CRO & Offers**:

- Own Shopify funnels/landers, bundles/upsells, and PDP improvements; mobile-first UX.
- Coordinate translations/localization and **local payment methods**; maintain speed/QA.
- **Data, Tracking & Reporting**:

- Ensure clean **GA4, GTM, Pixels, CAPI, UTM** hygiene.
- Build lightweight dashboards; deliver weekly KPI readouts with clear next actions.
- **Operations & CX Alignment**:

- Coordinate with ops/CS on shipping SLAs, returns/refunds, and launch calendars specific to Spain.
- Create **SOPs** so wins are repeatable; maintain playbooks and checklists.
- **Team & Vendor Management**:

- Lead day-to-day of **designer, video editor, media buyer** (and agencies if used).
- Recruit/onboard freelancers; define scopes, SLAs, and performance reviews.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **4+ years** in **DTC e-commerce** with end-to-end launch/scale ownership.
- Mastery of **Meta** and **Google Ads** for DTC; proven creative testing discipline.
- Strong **direct-response copywriting** instincts and creative judgment.
- Proficient with **Shopify**, LP builders, basic CRO/A-B testing, and analytics.
- Fluent in **Spanish (C1+)** and **English**; excellent written communication.
- Confident with metrics**:NC-ROAS, MER, CAC/CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV/Payback**.
- Project leadership: ClickUp/Asana, sprint planning, stakeholder updates.

- On-time **launch** and first 90-day roadmap executed.
- Hitting target **NC-ROAS/MER** and **CAC** by week and by channel.
- **CVR** and **AOV** lift from CRO/offer work.
- Creative iteration velocity (new concepts, hooks, win rate).
- Clear weekly WBRs and zero slipped critical milestones.
