At HUBUC we are looking for an experienced HR Analyst/Tech-Recruiter to help us grow and achieve our goals. You will be working in a multicultural, young and dynamic team, composed of very diverse people who are looking to make a difference and have an impact. Brace yourself for a very fast-paced environment and be ready to take ownership in what you do.
This position will allow you to work on day-to-day People and Operations tasks, which are vital for the company's progress.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all employees' records are correct and up-to date;
- Support day-to-day administrative duties;
- Support strategic and operational objectives;
- Own the recruitment process and documentation from end-to-end: screening, interviewing and organising meetings and interviews;
- Analyse HR Data (OKR,KPI) and make hiring/retaining recommendations based on findings;
- Align with the heads of various department to develop and facilitate new training programs;
- Work on VISA-related matters;
- Support the organization with Off-site events;
- Assist employees with any query they might have.

**Requirements**:

- Join our HQ Office in Barcelona (on site);
- Experience in a startup and/or in the payments industry;
- Bachelor or Master Degree;
- 1-3 years HR/Tech-Recruitment working experience (talent sourcing and management
- strategic objectives - payroll etc.)
- Good english level;
- Experience working internationally and across different timelines;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to translate data into meaningful information to drive decision making;
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Ability to manage expectations and deliver on time;
- Good Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Skills;
- People skills.
