**Your Mission**
- We are looking for a
**Marketing Associate Spain** to join the Spanish marketing team. Your mission will be to build efficient marketing campaigns to achieve the growth target in Spain, with effective measurement process and marketing discipline developed in collaboration with the Marketing Strategy and the Digital Marketing teams. You will also assist the team in maintaining healthy and professional relationships with our commercial partners (online & offline) and stakeholders.
- Success in the role means you will manage pluridisciplinary projects in a timely manner to achieve the marketing & business objectives in Spain. You are also a team-player and will have no problem working hand in hand with other teams (marketing, data, press relations & Communications teams).

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Defining, setting up and running marketing campaigns
- Defining objectives and marketing tactics to achieve them
- Coordinating key stakeholders, including peers in other teams and communicate regularly and effectively to leadership members
- Producing marketing content mainly copywriting for CRM or social media
- Delivering projects or campaigns in time and within budget
- Collecting, formatting and analyzing marketing KPIs to measure performance
- Deliver ad hoc marketing analysis
- Deep diving in business activity and marketing performance
- Analyzing and synthesizing in key actionable data and insights

**Your Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing
- Creative mind, great content and copywriting skills
- Strong data and analytical skills as well as strong problem solving skills
- Native Spanish language and fluent in English. Portuguese would also be an advantage
- You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
- Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
