**About the job**:
We are seeking a **Marketing Associate** for our **Light Inco** category in the Southern Europe market. This key role directly impacts long-term business results by executing product and marketing initiatives for one of the company's top strategic brands.

The **Marketing Associate** will work closely with the **Retail Business Marketing Manager** to develop a 5-year strategic plan and the annual brand plan. Managing together the Marketing 4 P’s based on a powerful program of ATTINDAS Marketing Competencies.

This person will lead the implementation of product and packaging changes, launches, as well the brand activation plan.

**Key Responsibilities Summary**:
Participate in the development, execution and measurement of Marketing Plans and Brand strategies

Coordinate product launches with internal teams as for example managing claims development with legal teams, packaging changes with Packaging Leader, new product development with Product Desing team, etc.

Conduct market analysis, support financial planning, define strategies, etc.

Project management of marketing plans and actions: Plan promotional actions, develop promotional materials and resources, develop briefings and presentations with external agencies, etc

Development of marketing contents: claims, digital contents, sales presentations, product trainings, etc.

**Background, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills**:

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG - Consumer Packaged Goods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and market analysis tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in creating commercial materials and promoting products in competitive markets.
- B2 as English Level.
