The Senior Process Mining Analyst leads the successful implementation and execution of Celonis projects and new features in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment. This position is part of the Commercial Excellence Team supporting the EMEA region.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Gather business needs and requirements for Celonis implementations as well as propose innovative solutions. Document business requirements using all the tools from Celonis EMS
- Partner with cross-functional teams driving Celonis initiatives including discovery sessions, implementation, end-user testing and go-live
- Guide and support process analysis initiatives using Process Mining
- Be a promoter of the Process Mining capabilities and benefits
- Execute day-to-day Celonis maintenance and user support
- Train new users and grow the Celonis skill set across the organization. Provide training of users at all levels
- Be part of development with other analytics tools such as MS PowerBI
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in field with 3+ years of related work experience and 5+ of overall experience
- Prior experience in managing, deploying and supporting Celonis projects and implementations
- Prior experience and high skill level with SQL
- Ability to quickly learn the processes technical side as well as the business side
- Ability to work and communicate with the full range of stakeholders, from IT to Commercial Leadership
- Ability to work in a team environment & interact effectively with others by making customer satisfaction and solution quality/integrity high priorities for self and team
- Good English communication skills
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
- IT Project Management
- Celonis Analyst and Data engineer certification
- Prior experience in consulting roles
- Prior experience with MS PowerBI
