As a talented trouble-shooter, it’ll be your job to work with our customers to fix problems and provide solutions across a vast array of technologies. Dealing with many of the biggest names in online gaming across the world, you’ll help deliver the unparalleled tech support and customer service we have become known for.
If you are an outgoing and enthusiastic problem-solver with a love of all things IT, you could be the perfect addition to our team.
Key Duties:
- Configure, install and review software to ensure deployments are completed within agreed timescales and by team standards.
- Monitors support queues and determine incident priority to ensure high risk incidents are prioritized.
- Investigate and resolves or escalate incidents and system alerts to relevant teams to ensure resolution of assigned tickets within SLA.
- Monitor system performance to identify anomalies or potential issues.
- Maintain technical documentation for team products and seeks review of documentation for accuracy to ensure record of incident resolution for future reference and training of new team members.
