Responsibility
As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Working in a team to achieve and exceed performance targets, attending specified training to improve skills and knowledge, and participating in administrative or office work duties as needed.
- Hours and Benefits- Full-time (39 hours/week) from Monday to Friday, and long-term contract
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, from 06:00 to 16:00 (8 hours per day)
- Salary: 19,200 Euros gross/year + up to 1,800 Euros gross/year in bonus
- Ongoing training
- Start date: Immediate
- 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)*
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should have
- Native level of Finnish with fluent Swedish.
- Basic English to communicate with management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team to achieve targets in all areas.- The period of holiday entitlement is fixed by mutual agreement between the company and the employee
