Ehss Manager

Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:
**EHSS Manager**

**Location**: Rzeszow-Poland

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Implementing and maintaining of Bausch Health EHSS policies, standards and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with EHS local and national legislation, corporate procedures
- Develop, maintain and sustain a strong EHSS culture across all activities
- Actively leading hazard identification and occupational risk assessment process
- Monitoring of all EHSS incidents reporting (accidents, first aids, near misses ect.), leading root cause analysis and ensuring that corrective actions and lessons learned are understood and implemented
- Managing industrial hygiene assessment and measurements required at workstations (noise, chemical substances, etc.)
- Participating in management of change and process safety management
- Coordinating the EHSS training processes and prepare annual training plan
- Supporting and evaluating the new projects and new equipment regarding EHSS
- Cooperating with regional and global EHSS functions and site leadership team in order continues improvement EHSS within the site
- Leading regular Safety Committee meetings
- Managing BBS program
- Reviewing and approving documents and instructions regarding EHSS area
- Ensuring that reports required by local legislation and Bausch Health standards are accurate and provided with timely manner to global EHSS database and chemicals inventory
- Taking a part in internal and external EHSS audits
- Managing EHSS Team

**Your Skills and Strengths**
- Directional education or EHSS postgraduate studies
- 5 years of experience EHSS leadership role in pharmaceutical or chemical industry preferred
- Fluent Polish and communicative in English is a must
- Experienced in IPPC, BAT, HAZOP as well as Seveso Directive and Management Systems
- Knowledgeable about REACH and HAZOP
- In depth knowledge of EHSS legal requirements (PL & EU)
- Leadership and communication skills
- Open minded and problem solving mindset
