IT Manager

What will you bring: / Basic Requirements:

- Relevant IT Manager experience and qualifications.
- Technical knowledge in Networks, IT Infrastructure and/or System Integration.
- Project management experience.
- Experience in managing IT teams in a support environment.
- Proficiency in English (equivalent to CEFR C1) and Spanish.

Key job responsibilities

Your background would ideally have: / Preferred Requirements:

- Degree in computer science or a related field
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer centric environment.
- A curious mind-set, always looking for innovation and improvements.
- Proven skills in IT leadership development, team building, managing conflict, escalations, negotiating compromise and influencing others.
- Any additional industry certification such as ITIL, Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), Microsoft (MCP, MCSE), Linux (LPIC-1, LPIC-2) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with a progressive flair for problem solving and a tactful ability to operate autonomously in most situations, to successfully handle multiple conflicting priorities.
- Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments, and levels, and serve as a role model for teamwork.
- Valid driving license and flexibility to work and travel outside your designated location.
