We are looking for a versatile, enthusiastic and highly organized Production Assistant with good experience producing and creating content for Tiktok and other Social Media platforms.
This role would be part of a global team who supports a wide array of local and international clients with their digital production needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- On bigger/global shootings, assistance with the coordination and production of various digital campaigns, from client brief to delivery of the project. This may include:

- Supporting with the search of location, talent and technical staff
- Management of internal and external suppliers, including negotiation of prices and timings with them
- Search of materials and equipment
- General production assistance while on set.
- Organization and management of smaller shootings alongside the Creative Director and the Account Director
- Organisation of castings and search of artistic talent
- Management of the Production calendar
- Supervision of the final quality of the different formats and adaptations
- Supervise the post-production audiovisual processes such as audio, editing and animation
- Handle the material that has been shot within the agency and supervise its use for future client requests
- Management of budgets and understanding of the costs involved in order to optimize these (whenever possible). Assist with the closure of the productions from a financial point of view and ensure that all submitted invoices, expenses and required bills are in line with the initial forecast.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

**Requirements**:

- 1/2 years of experience working as a Production Assistant in a digital agency or a production house
- Previous experience producing and creating content for Tiktok and other Social Media platforms
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Previous experience working with skincare or beauty brands
- Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude, ability to work independently
- Creative judgement and good team player
- Good understanding of post-production processes such as audio, editing and animation
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and deadline driving environment
- Degree/studies in Cinema, Audiovisual Communication or similar
- Driving license.

**Languages**:

- Spanish (mandatory)
- English (mandatory)
- Any other languages are a plus.
