We are searching for a People Programs Intern to be part of the People Experience team within the HRCom department. The team contributes to optimize the Ecovadians experience within the company by providing an inclusive environment and humanizing every step of the employee journey.

In close collaboration with local HR teams and other global departments, the intern will have an opportunity to use their creativity in various projects at international level:

- Participate in the management of projects to support employees’ well-being and recognition,
- Create and provide support to managers to enable sharing best practices,
- Participate and prepare in the delivery of diversity, equity and inclusion projects,
- Improve the visibility and clarity of all the content the HRCom team has created for employees by revamping the intranet,
- Participate in the updating of global policies and guides,
- Create and analyze employee surveys and propose action plans.

The entrusted tasks will depend on the person's skills and previous experience.
**Qualifications**
- A degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
- Experience in the HR field is a plus.
- Fluency in English
- Good project management and communication skills
- Proactive and excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Creativity
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Previous experience in designing in Canva would be a plus
- Interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion and well-being topics would be a plus
