We are looking for an open, organized and detailed oriented People Operations Intern to support our People team in a variety of HR Operational duties. Reporting to People Operations Coordinator you will assist in the following tasks:
Main tasks:
- Coordinating the entire Onboarding process:
- Managing employee documentation and personnel-related data for our new starters with our ES payroll agency.
- Supporting Managers in creating Onboarding Agenda
- Coordinating the Onboarding process with Office Management and IT teams to assure a smooth start for new employees
- Maintaining our internal HRIS, ensuring the stored data is up-to-date and accurate at all times
- Acting as the point of contact for employees for some HR related queries.
- Managing Company Benefits with our employees as well as external providers
- Updating and reviewing our Organizational Chart to make sure is up to date
- Supporting with other general administrative and operational tasks
- Participating in ad hoc People team projects
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master degree in either HR, Labor Relations, or similar field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with ability to prioritize
- Excellent attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of Spanish Labour Law
- Multi-tasking & able to work in a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish is a must
- MS Office proficient. GSuite desirable.
