**About the Role**

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team across multiple departments. This internship program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects.
- Support the technical HR team (compensation, organizational development, labor relations, HR compliance and digital)
- Support the analysis of organizational charts, role reviews, and documentation of organizational processes.
- Collaborate with the HR Digital team to improve processes using SuccessFactors, our people management platform.
- Participate in the analysis of key data to support strategic decision-making in the Compensation area.
- Assist in developing improvement proposals and managing relevant data for designing compensation policies.
- Contribute to the review and update of internal policies and documentation related to labor compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You must be currently enrolled at UPV or UV, as we will sign a convenio with your university.
- A long-term intern available from November for 7 months.
- Availability of 20-30 hours per week.
- Gross compensation: €6 per hour.
- Fixed monthly payment, based on a pre-agreed schedule.
- Student of Business Administration, Labor Relations and Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.

**What you bring to the Team**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2).
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
