Our Marketing, Sales and eBusiness IT Department is looking for a fast learner and team player **IS/IT Senior Product Manager - CRM Technologies**
The OOH (Out Of Home) Tech product team is supporting Nestlé Professional, Nespresso, Nestlé Waters and any Out of Home Nestlé businesses through the provision of a CRM solution and other digital capabilities to provide efficiency and effectiveness for the sales and technical reps operating in the field.
The OOH channel covers meals, beverages and snacks supplied by commercial food service establishments and by eating facilities in non commercial institutions. In Nestlé we are enabling our categories such as coffee, food or water to engage this channel for selling our products and services (Trade Asset contracts).
**Position Summary**:
Together with your primary Community of Practice Lead and Product Group Manager, you will be responsible for one or several products within a product group. This means that you will be responsible for
- Defining the go-to-market strategy
- Elaborating the product vision and vision execution
- Ensuring the end-to-end value delivery (including IS/IT adoption).
You will also manage the team(s) developing the capabilities as well as the stakeholders receiving the capabilities and can deliver value to other products and product groups.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- You will be accountable for the product from ideation and strategy through continuous value management to retirement, with responsibility for the full life cycle of the product including ITIL service models (e.g. L2 and L3 support models).
- Orchestrating internal and external multi-functional stakeholders to define, validate and refine product vision, strategy, definitions and roadmaps
- Accountable for integration between products and platforms & how the product fits into ecosystem
- Prepares the strategy and communication material to create a shared understanding of the product in particular on how to market & sell, to deliver & operate and to measure its success
- Define the long-term business capability automation and digitalization roadmap for the business outcomes the product or product group deliver
- Analyze reporting provided by the performance manager for insights of product impact and adoption in market. Work with customers to define and validate specific key value indicators (KVIs); define with team key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the product value
- Analyze competitive landscape, specifically for TCO / value for money to inform the product strategy before and during product life
- Increases product adoption, customer and consumer satisfaction and other value indicators.
- Participates in the IS/IT governance processes that enable prioritization across multiple options.
- Within your team you will create alignment, lead by example, promote an open culture and our values in a sustainable way. You will also coach, define effective development plans and assess talent, building the right capabilities for the team and for the organization long-term success.
- Creates the context, selects talent, develops people, drives performance, recognizes achievements
**What will make you successful**:
- +5-10 years of experience in IS/IT (e.g: BA, PM, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in a product based IS/IT organization.
- Line Manager experience, managing medium teams.
- Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g: agile, waterfall)
- Working knowledge of APIs & integration, consumer research and UI/UX.
- Strong Experience OOH sales and after sales (Trade Asset Management) processes
- Experience in C4C and SAP
- Experience in integration of various components to SAP backend
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product
- Experience of effective communication at different levels in the organization and with Fluent English.
- Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.
