**¿Qué buscamos?**:
L’objecte de la present convocatòria és la selecció d’un lloc de treball de director/a d’innovació i impacte social de la Fundació Barcelona Mobile World Capital Foundation (en endavant “MWCapital” o la “Fundació”, indistintament).

En dependència de la Direcció General,_ _s’encarregarà de liderar l’estratègia de promoció de la innovació desenvolupant iniciatives d’alt impacte social que fomentin la sostenibilitat, el benestar ambiental, social i econòmic mitjançant l’ús ètic de les tecnologies digitals com a motor de transformació. Així mateix, impulsarà la generació i divulgació de coneixement que promogui el desenvolupament de la societat digital, el talent digital, la transferència de tecnologia i la innovació o qualsevol altra de les línies estratègiques de la Fundació.

- Nombre de places: 1
- Contracte: Laboral indefinit. Període de prova de 4 mesos
- Jornada laboral: Completa (40 hores setmanals)
- Classificació professional: Grup 2 - Director/a
- Salari base: 74.520,00 bruts/any, més variable de fins un 15% sobre el brut anual
- Horari i Teletreball: Horari flexible combinant presencialitat i teletreball en funció de les necessitats del servei
- Dependència: Direcció general / Chief Executive Officer

El procés de selecció comptarà de fase de mèrits, coneixements d'idiomes, entrevista personal i prova tècnica professional.
