**The role**
The Brand Content Manager will lead the development and delivery of brand building holistic communications across all contact points (shopper, econtent, digital and traditional media)
**What you’ll do**
- Develop and oversee the creation of holistic content: Take charge of developing and supervising the creation of comprehensive content aligned with European masters to achieve communication effectiveness and efficiency KPIs. This includes crafting a creative brief rooted in a clear, robust insight, leading the creative development process, conducting research, managing the full production process, and delivering final, ready-to-air materials.
- Contribute to communication strategy development: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to participate in the development of communication strategies across various touchpoints. Ensure alignment with the brand's objectives and integrate content with the brand's creative idea. Lead the steps of the ICP (Integrated Communication Planning) process related to content.
- Manage content calendar and agency partners: Create, manage, and update the content calendar for assigned brands, gathering input from markets and relevant stakeholders. Work closely with agency partners, including creative and production agencies, to develop and deploy content that aligns with brand objectives and fits within the assigned budget. Drive the local implementation of master assets and establish relevant KPIs for monitoring.
- Manage external partners: Take responsibility for managing partners such as creative agencies, production houses, or digital global partners. Ensure adherence to Nestlé policy and optimize partnership productivity. Lead bi-annual/annual performance reviews to assess partner performance. Collaborate with the ZEUR Procurement team to manage the process and negotiate the annual scope of work. Coordinate with the Legal department to create necessary contracts.
- Implement best practices and guidance: Ensure the implementation of best practices as defined by experts of the Content team, including guidance from BBNW (BEP) or the Central e-business team. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and leverage expert knowledge to enhance content strategies and execution.

**Minimum qualifications**:
- 5/6+ years experience in Brand Management, Communications or Consumer Marketing roles
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, managing content calendar and agency partners
- Experience leading the brand communication strategy and development.
