**Position Summary**:
**What you’ll do**
- Engages proactively with strategy leads & other stakeholders to understand the business and ecosystem vision & strategies, and the outcomes and objectives that drive these.
- Responsible for translation of strategy & vision into documented requirements, ensuring scalability, replicability, and adaptability to emerging market and consumer trends.
- Continuously monitors and evaluates emerging technologies, best practices, ways-of-working and innovations to improve results
- Oversees and manages the day-to-day requirements backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and BA resource availability.
- Manages the discovery process to ensure user stories and epics are well-defined, with clear acceptance criteria, to support efficient and effective development
- Leads Business Analysts to balance workload distribution across the team, maintaining alignment with organizational priorities.
- Works closely with the Product Technical Manager and associated teams to find innovative solutions to complex problems, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business needs.
- Coaches and mentors Business Analysts and other team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably business or related field
- Demonstrated experience managing complex DAM systems and implementing workflow solutions for enterprise-level organizations
- 3-5+ years experience in a related role
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in effective communication at different levels within a large organisation
- Preference to have worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
- High levels of proficiency and understanding of business processes, UX, eContent Management, Digital Asset Management, Workflow management & publication to channels
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
