At Devoteam, we're searching for a Customer Success Specialist focused on Google Cloud, as we are a Google Premier Partner.

**The role will involve the following**:

- Analyzing the current state of assigned clients to propose improvements (positioning services or technological solutions)
- Coordinating with the sales team (colleagues as well as manufacturers)
- Working and leading meetings with clients to position Value services
- Visiting clients in person
- Alignment with Marketing campaigns
- Proactive participation in Marketing events

**Main objectives**:

- Customer satisfaction: 100%
- Retention of the current portfolio of assigned clients
- Positioning Value Added Services and technological solutions
- Working on renewals of technology product subscriptions

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Sales profile (preferred)
- High level of oral and written English
- Effective communication
- Experience in similar positions
- Reside in Madrid, as the position is hybrid
- Interest in technology
