Are you passionate about fostering digital transformation and improving processes? We’re looking for a Business Analyst Controller to join our team. In this role, you’ll enhance internal reporting workflows, support digital initiatives, and partner across departments to understand and meet evolving business needs. Be part of our team that values reliability, innovation, and collaboration.

**What You Will Do**:

- Support in the digitalization of controlling processes
- Implementation and management of projects to optimize internal reporting processes and tools
- Close cooperation with various departments to identify business requirements
- Analyzing data and developing concepts to improve processes in the reporting environment
- Creating and presenting reports and ensuring the quality and consistency of reporting data

**What You Bring**:

- Experience in the implementation and management of projects as well as a good knowledge of the reporting creation process
- High proficiency in conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving
- Open approach to new technologies such as cloud, AI, Power Automate, etc.
- Strong team player mentality in an international environment
- Fluent in English (both verbal and writing). German and/or Spanish is a plus
