Social network you want to login/join with: TBO.COM, an internationally recognized award-winning travel organization, is seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst to join our local team in Spain.The Business Data Analyst will work alongside our BI Manager and the Revenue team, Data Architects, and business stakeholders to build regional insights and dashboards to assist in driving day-to-day business operations. This position reports directly to the Regional BI Manager and requires fluent English for universal communications.Job Description:Daily monitoring of regional performance and KPIs to ensure budget accomplishment.Creating alerts and dashboards for the business units, controlling the entire business cycle.Regularly working to optimize pricing setup and sub-unit performance.Daily monitoring of ongoing promotions and assessment of business implementation influences.Driving new analytical initiatives and projects aimed at improving regional efficiency.Capturing and documenting business requirements using structured methodologies to accumulate offline data.Utilizing and analyzing data from multiple large-scale data warehouses and presenting statistically sound analysis to a wide range of business stakeholders.Translating the BI insights into business actions and regular communications.Requirements:At least 3 years of experience working as an Analyst with experience in analytics, insights, BI, and a preference for experience in an Online Travel organization.Advanced working knowledge and hands-on experience inSQL .Proficient inPower BI(preferred) or similar data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).Bachelor's degree ideally in a business or quantitative subject (e.g., computer science, economics, finance, engineering).Data-driven mindset in both decision-making and performance measurement.Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Comfort in dynamic, fast-paced environments with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and coordinate resources independently.Must have fluent EnglishTBO.COM supplies a wide portfolio of online travel products and provides our partners with a winning combination of price and exceptional service.Interested in hearing more?
