**As a Marketing Program Manager, a typical day might include the following**:

- Meeting with stakeholders across divisions to discuss sales priorities and pipeline, customer perspectives, go-to-market plans, and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Creating project proposals, marketing briefs, and content plans that distill key market information, messaging, and strategic objectives into actionable guidance for creative teams and marketing operations.
- Researching target customer audiences and creating ideal-customer-profiles for account-based marketing campaigns.
- Identifying market trends and opportunities by analyzing marketing performance and customer engagement data.
- Developing detailed reporting on marketing activities and campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues in Content Marketing, Operations, Digital Marketing, Events & Customer Education, and Technical Marketing.

- You are a strong communicator who can synthesize complex information from multiple sources and are proficient in English and Spanish (Portuguese and French are preferred).
- You have experience building reports and providing an analysis of marketing metrics and campaign performance.

**Additional Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of professional experience in a marketing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or economics. Master’s degree preferred.

**Location**

This position is located in our Madrid, Spain office which is located near the Ramon y Cajal train station and has great access to metro and bus transport.
