**Description**

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an **HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist **to join our HR Team in Madrid on a **Temporary Basis (5 Months Contract)**

**HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist **will be part of a **Project Team** based in different countries. We are looking for a HR professional with 2-4 years of experience whom value collaboration, knowledge sharing, appreciate transparency and working on a diverse international company.

**How you will make an impact**
- Support Project Team on HRBP´s activities.
- Support the staffing processes including workforce planning & creation of job profiles.
- Work with both operational and strategic tasks with focus on culture, people and organization
- Proactively support & suggest management on General HR topics
- Consultancy firms experience will be valuable

**Your background**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Between 2-4 years proven experience in HR Projects / HR Business Partner/ Talent Partner preferably within the power and energy industry, or another international company with a complex matrix organization
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Spanish and English fluent (Speaking and Writing)
- Strong Excel & Word skills
