Glovo is the fastest-growing delivery startup based in Barcelona and a Europe, Africa, and Western Asia player. With food at the business core, they deliver any product within your city at any time of day.
Your Profile:
- Your mother tongue is Spanish and you are fluent in English
- Overachieving targets is one of your main goals
- You are a fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc)
- You have at least 2 to 3 years of sales experience (key contacts in the industry is a plus)
- You are willing to travel from time to time
- You are an empathetic, inclusive and curious person
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, motivated and able to close deals
- Well-organized and focused on details
Your Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients
- Close deals with the best accounts, always aligned with the company's objectives.
- Ensure that all sales follow your country's profitability requirements
- Create long term partnerships and ensure a quick and smooth onboarding
- Keep the pipeline updated daily
- Actively collaborate with colleagues and learn from others in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
- Partner internally with key functions (Groceries, Food, BI, CRM...) to define priorities and operational objectives according to brand needs.
