**Role Title**: E&M Process Engineer

**Reports to**: Engineering & Maintenancer Manager

**Department**: Engineering & Maintenance

**Job Scope and main responsabilities**: Edging & Mounting (E&M) process engineer is responsible for the E&M workshop processes design, operation and implementation. Working with our internal clients to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.

**Areas of responsabilities and related activities**:
Project management

Manufacturing Process audit

Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma approaching for Process Control and continuous improvement projects, working with production team:
LEAN & SIX SIGMA implementation to improve the manufacturing processes.

KPIs improvements in order to create, implement, analyze and improve lab performance in terms of service, quality and productivity (OEE).

Water and energy reduction initiatives.

Animation of all the LEAN working teams to fix issues, mainly QRQC.

Study, create, modify and update of lab work instructions and SOP procedures for the different stages of the manufacturing process.

Lab process and lay out reengineering, study of manufacturing flows and line balancing.

Reporting to Europe support teams improvements, incidences or production errors.

Leadership on Health & Safety workshop activities

**INTERNAL**: SC Department, IT Department, Production Department, Finantial Department, Quality Department

**EXTERNAL**: Europe Operations, Quality Europe, Global Engineering, E&M suppliers

Educational Background in Engineering and Industrial Organization.
At least 1/4 years of experience in Operations Environment.
Strong problem solving skills.
Solid experience with Minitab, Microsoft Office (excel advanced macros), Autocad software packages.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing & Sixsigma concepts.
