**YOUR TASKS**

Become a part of our Operations Management Team at our location in Alcala de Henares - we ensure that any new process gives the safest and most efficient outcome and is optimized to give the best quality. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a SHE manager (M/F/d) with the following responsibilities:

- Thinking out of the box for innovative new processes & then driving and controlling trials at both suppliers and customers
- Bring new processes & equipment into Sun Chemical, that add value, efficiency & consistency to our production
- Challenge the status quo and lead change processes
- Provide detailed process map, the validation and drive the CAR/DBM with the Engineers & the KT plan with BI, to produce projects which can then be owned by the Site Managers
- Work closely with the local manufacturing process teams and engineering functions to ensure the right specification is set up for each project
- Ensure effective communication within Operations to produce synergy in future plans

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or similiar
- Profund experience (minimum of 5 years) as a Process Engineer or in a similar role
- Experience in a painting/inks/adhesives manufactoring industry would be a plus
- Experience of modern up to-date state of the art technology
- Good communication skills both verbal and written in English and Catalan, another language would be a plus
