**Description**

At NPAW, we are looking for someone to join our finance team. If you are a dedicated, dynamic, and results-oriented professional, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**

As part of the administration and accounting department, you will be responsible for:

- Handling billing to clients
- Monitoring collections and claims
- Managing supplier relationships
- Reviewing and paying monthly payroll
- Managing the bi-weekly payment runs
- Elaborating monthly cash flow
- Preparing recurrent and adhoc internal reports of the financial department
- Managing the expense reimbursement process, including validation and payment
Participating in other global projects that arise (ERP integration or other platforms)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in ADE, Economics, Business or similar
- 3 years of experience in accounting / financial or legal department
- Ability to work under demanding deadlines
- Dynamic, organized person, accustomed to teamwork, with objectives and focus on results
- High English level
- Advanced user / professional in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail for critical tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality due to the sensitive information managed in this role
