Position Purpose

The Pharmacist Relationship Manager is responsible for develop, create and execute all activities aiming to grow relationship with pharmacist and 1st Bayer’s positioning among their customers

Major tasks and responsibilities of position

Define objectives and KPIs to bring Bayer 1st positioning.
Develop & Execute action plan
Manage Club Bayer implementation, launch and roll out

**Develop content and activities for eLearning solution**:
Open source solution embedded
Content hosting & Back end
Content generation & Approval
Webinars solution
Gamification
Streaming events
Coordinate external 3rd party activity to success on the implementation of Club Bayer
Leading “ Panel of pharmaceuticals “
Manage special events with KOL and HCPs
Leading all activities Cross branding activities
Manage sell out challenges and promotions
Develop and follow-up of activities performed based on settled objectives
Develop and Plan A&M Strategy

**Qualifications**:
**Educated to degree standard**: University degree (in Business related qualification) and Master/Post degree in Digital Marketing and Electronic Business
**Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG industry or Pharmaceutical industry with track record of success (including delivering on targets) in Trade Marketing department with an international experience. Minimum 1 year of Sales experience is required. Comprehensive channel & customer knowledge are essential
Can work independently under pressure and capable of delivering commitments
Strong inter-personal and communication skill, able to persuade and influence others through personal credibility and assertiveness (influencing without hierarchical authority).
Strength in problem solving, ability to handle multiple and complex tasks simultaneously, to set priorities and allocate resources as required and influence results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to handle multiple and complex tasks simoustanly to set priorities and allocate resources as required and influence results. Displays knowledge in using logical, analytical tools to address difficult issues and recommend potential decision.
Strategic thinking is an advantage.

Flexible and innovative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capability to adapt to audience specifics.
Fluent in Spanish
Advanced level of English as a minimum
