**He / she is the main entry point of the R-KAM, and managing all local activities with Engineering, Operation, Supply Chain, Quality, and finance.**

Rôle et responsabilités
- Check part status before making a quote to the customer. Use traffic light system when possible.
- Check available production capacity and book it with the supply chain.
- Check the local price history with the customer and inform the R-KAM.
- Check MOQ, MDQ, Lead time and inform the R-KAM.
- Send samples to customer.
- Is accountable to organize PPAP with the quality department and submit it to the customer.
- Start the PCP process for new development
- Follow the design activities together with the RKAM.
- Follow the costing activities together with the RKAM.
- Manage the prototype parts request with the engineering department.

Formation et expérience

Bachelor’s degree

**Skills**:

- Inside Sales Support is working closely with R-KAM.
- He / She is the voice & the hands of R-KAM in his/her organization working on a timely manner.
- He / She is organizing the internal activities to answer customer request with the support of other departments of his/her organization (Operation, Quality, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management).
- He / She is providing the local information that the R-KAM can manage the customer activities.
